The invention relates to the processing industry and may be used for concentration of liquids, in particular of milk. The liquid concentrator with sealing device contains a compressor, mounted between the evaporator and the condenser, operating under vacuum, the compressor including a shaft with the rotor fixed on it. The first rotor sealing end is essentially placed perpendicular to its axis of rotation and forms a clearance with the second sealing end. The first and the second sealing ends delimit the area, wherein it is formed the pressure differential and wherein it is formed the sealing. The first sealing end contains at least one path for liquid flow, for confinement thereof under the action of the balancing centrifugal force and the pressure differential efforts for sealing formation in the clearance between the first and the second sealing ends. The concentrator additionally contains a separator, mounted between the evaporator and the compressor, feeding into the condenser under pressure vapours, partially recirculating from the condenser into the separator. The separator contains arched inlet means for reception and separation of the material entered into the separator.Claims: 8Fig.: 13 |
