SOLUTION: This device is provided with a syringe comprising a piston and a cylinder for storing the piston sidably, and a stepping motor for sliding the piston in the cylinder, and the cylinder has respectively a flow-in and -out hole for the sheath fluid in its tip, and a gas introducing hole for introducing gas into the cylinder in its side wall. |
