PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facilities utilization system in an industrial complex, capable of reducing waste due to the overlapping of the facilities of piers and/or storehouses in respective business entities and improving the working rate of the facilities while reducing cost as a whole by mutually utilizing the piers and/or the storehouses, and to provide a recording medium. SOLUTION: This facilities utilization system in the industrial complex where a plurality of business entities gather has inputting means 10A to 10D for inputting the operation data of the piers and/or storehouses owned by the business entities, a reservation receiving means 2 for receiving a reservation to utilize the piers and/or the storehouses, storing parts 4A and 4B for storing the operation data and reservation data and a publicly opening means 5 for publicly opening the data stored in the parts 4A and 4B to each user.
