<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for compressing dynamic image information capable of rapidly conducting a compressing process of data capable of predictively coding image information in high compressibility and its system. SOLUTION: The method for compressing the dynamic image information comprises the steps of comparing pixels handled as one block of 2×2 pixels between frames with each other, storing a part in which an absolute value of their difference is larger than a given parameter and a part except the previous part in a 1-bit bit map, processing (deleting) a part in which the absolute value of their difference is not larger than the parameter as a pixel not having a change between the frames, and processing to compress information of the part in which the absolute value is larger than the parameter. In this method, information of the presence or absence of the difference in the frame is bit map information corresponding to the 2×2 block in the frame. The presence or absence of the difference between the frames is obtained by comparing a square mean error of (three) input data of an encoder,√(A-A ')(A-A')+(B-B')(B-B')+(C-C')(C-C')} with the parameter. If the 'difference is present' is decided, the corresponding bit is stood as this is difference information in the frame.</p> |
