<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fracture in a magnetic microcapsule part during manufacture and use of a magnetic visible recording medium, to simplify the manufacturing process and to reduce the production cost by integrating the medium. SOLUTION: An information recording medium is obtained by forming a magnetic microcapsule layer 15 which consists of magnetic microcapsules 16 encapsulating magnetic particles and a dispersion medium with the magnetic particles dispersed therein, and of a binder 17 with the microcapsule 16 dispersed and which displays a visible image by the contrast generated by the different alignment of the magnetic particles. The magnetic visible recording medium is obtained by embedding the magnetic visible display part of the above medium in a substrate 10 consisting of a polymer resin and forming a flat surface over the substrate and the magnetic visible display part of the information recording medium. In the method for manufacturing the magnetic visible recording medium, the process of heating and pressurizing is carried out by heating the substrate of the recording medium where the magnetic visible recording part is laminated to 140 deg.C to 180 deg.C and by pressing at 3×105 Pa to 15×105 Pa pressure by using a flat press.</p> |
