PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrification type electrophotographic photoreceptor with high sensitivity for a copying machine or printer by using a new organic material which is not conventionally used as the charge transfer material having electron transferring property for the photosensitive layer. SOLUTION: In the positive electrification type electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer containing a charge generating material and a charge transfer material on a conductive substrate, the photosensitive layer contains a material having electron transferring property expressed by general formula (I).
