PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite cover material structure easily assembled. SOLUTION: In the composite cover material structure where cover material made of metallic material is fixed to cover over a part of cover material made of synthetic resin, a recessed part and a projecting part engaged with each other are provided on either sides of the cover material made of synthetic resin and the cover material made of metallic material, and a 3rd surface member is provided on the other sides of the cover material made of synthetic resin and the cover material made of metallic material. The covey material made of synthetic resin and the cover material made of metallic material are coupled by the 3rd surface member.
