PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily communicate upon objective recognition of other persons by individual picture information such as a face image, a dynamic image, or the like even if a telephone number or a mail address is an unknown other person's. SOLUTION: An electronic phone book which can confirm individual picture information such as a face image, a dynamic image, or the like is installed in a network, so that the individual picture information can be input, made public or read, and it is possible to start a communication with other persons who are input or made public individual data from a terminal that a user is reading.
