The invention relates to a disk valve, meant for water, gas, steam installations and for other industrial fluids. According to the invention, the valve comprises a main body (1) provided with an inlet opening and outlet opening, a central disk being mounted between said openings, said disk being provided with more passes of different diameters corresponding to the flow rate to be furnished, each of them communicating with the outlet opening on rotating the central disk (2) by means of an actuating rod (4).
