PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an overload condition due to congestion of printing demands for a document and the like formed by using a web browser. SOLUTION: When the document is displayed by the Web browser 114 of a client 101 and printing is directed with its precedence, this direction is sent to a server 106 so as to be pooled. The pooled printing demands are read according to the precedence, and a proper template is retrieved from a document template storage part 108 so as to be combined with the data in an image forming part 111 and transformed into PDL in a print output part 112 so as to be printed from a printer 113.
