PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing apparatus used for an image forming apparatus, using a direct injection charging mechanism, giving high transfer efficiency and stably supplying conductive impalpable powder to a charging member, so that an image carrier can be charged stably. SOLUTION: This developing apparatus used for the image forming apparatus, using the direct injection charging mechanism and a cleaner-less system is equipped with plural developer storing parts for storing developer, respectively having a base projected downward in the direction of gravity and connected each other and plural carrying means for carrying the developer to a developing part developing an electrostatic latent image on the image carrier. The average circular degree of one-component type magnetic toner, included in the developer used in the developing device, is set to >=0.970. |
