<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a person who newly opens commercial facilities to decide the intention. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an item data input means which inputs item data, a storage means which stores an evaluation standard data table wherein evaluation standards regarding items are recorded, an evaluation point imparting means which gives evaluation points to the inputted item data according to the evaluation standards recorded in the evaluation standard data table, a factor input means which inputs a specific factor affecting the profits when an item is purchased or leased, an expected profit calculating means which calculates expected profits from a specific calculation expression according to the inputted factor, a use plan input means which inputs the use plan of the item, a decision means which decides whether the item can accept the use plan according to the inputted item data and the use plan of the item, and a means which displays the evaluation points, expected profits, and decision result.</p> |
