PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reform constructor disclosing system useful for relieving a reform requester of his (or her) anxiety. SOLUTION: A 1st server machine connected to a user's client machine 2 through a communication line 4 is provided with an external storage device 11 for storing the information of a reform constructor capable of going to a reform construction site and practically executing the reform construction so that the information stored in the storage device 1 is disclosed to the user ordering the reform construction. Since the reform constructor disclosing system discloses the information of the reform constructor to the user, the user can read the disclosed information and the reform requester can be expected to be relieved of his (or her) anxiety.
