PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise transaction and charge payment system utilizing a network for constituting mall organizations for respective regions or business categories (specialties), activating member shops joining a mall and giving a privilege even to an ordering person. SOLUTION: When the ordering person transmits the order information of merchandise through the network to a provider server, the merchandise order information is transmitted from the provider server 3 through the network to the member shop 2 of the mall at the time of judging that it is within an ordering amount upper limit value. The member shop which receives an order transmits merchandise shipping information for indicating that the merchandise is shipped off to the ordering person and payment demand information through the network to the provider server. The provider server obtains a statistic value for every prescribed number of dates or month based on the demand information transmitted from the member shop, subtracts a predetermined rate from the statistic value, reports the payment of a merchandise charge to the member shop and performs the payment deduction procedure of the merchandise charge to the ordering person account number of a financial institution with which the ordering person has his account. |
