PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for classifying internet information for each genre, and for registering and retrieving unbiased public site and information, capable of preventing the generation of excessive sites or the distribution of information, facilitating countermeasures against increase in information quantity, and making the most of bidirectionality. SOLUTION: An information retrieval area is divided into local (City-net system) and country units, and an information exchanging center (server) is set in a provisionally called City-net, and the center is opened to the public based on a low-price information exchange member system, and cost is not imposed on the regulation or management of the center in this system. Also, the information registration and retrieval is made readily available in this system. |
