SOLUTION: An encrypted signal, a view right information, and guide information of a recorded program are recorded, and charging processing is conducted for each reproduction. Or a signal whose encryption is decoded, the view right information, and guide information of the recorded program are recorded, and the reproduction is permitted only for a prescribed period, based on the view right information. Since the reproduction can be limited readily and surely, unlimited reproduction and copy generation can be prevented for safeguarding the right of copyright holders and service suppliers. |
