CONDENSING UNIT DRAW-OUT TYPE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive condensing unit draw-out type refrigeration system in which the refrigeration capacity does not lower. SOLUTION: The part between a dryer 14 and an expansion valve 15 of refrigerant piping 12 between a condenser 7 and an evaporator 10 is laid on top of refrigerant piping 13 between the evaporator 10 and a compressor 9 to form a heat exchanging section 16. Since a loop part 17 standing on a unit base plate 3 on the side of a condensing unit base plate 5 is formed at the heat exchanging section 16, diameter of the loop part 17 can be decreased with respect to the draw-out distance of the condensing unit base plate 5 as compared with a case where the loop part 17 is formed in the rear of a condensing unit 6. Since heat is exchanged at the loop part 17, no extra piping for heat exchange is required and the cost can be reduced because total piping length can be shortened. Since the refrigerant piping 12, 13 is coated with a thermal insulation material 23, heat exchanging efficiency is not lowered at the heat exchanging section 16.
