PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform locking and surely retain the locking state over a long period of time while locking is simply released without damaging peripheral members by simple structure. SOLUTION: This locking device 11 is provided with a claw piece 41 having an elastic member 1a provided on a first member 1 and a claw part 1b provided on the elastic member, an engaged part 2a provided on a second member 2 and with which the claw part is engaged, and a pressurizing holding part 2c provided on the second member and coming into contact with the elastic member on the opposite side position to the engaged part with the claw part interposed between them for pressing and retaining the engagement state in the engagement state of the claw part and the engaged part.
