<p>The integrated protective motorbike helmet with pneumatic adjustment according to the anatomy of the motorcyclist's head consists of an external part of the helmet (1), which features an inner lining from polystyrene (2), and on the internal side lateral recesses (23) for fitting airbags (4). It also includes a front airbag (5) as well as a rear airbag (3). On the front padded part of the helmet there are airbags (13) and (14) for adjusting the left and right cheekbone, which are integrated in the lower front padded part (15). For supplying power to drive the compressor, the helmet is provided with a plug (11) featuring a spiral cable (10), which is connected via a switch (8) to start-up the power driven compressor (9) with the function of supplying air into the helmet airbags. The supply of air into airbags is activated by pressing the switch (8), which starts pushing air via a non-reversible valve (18) and a piping (22), through an air distributor (6), and along the piping (16) for inflating airbags (13) and (14). At the same time it provides air to airbags (3), (4) and (5). The piping (21) leads to valve (7) for releasing air from the airbags prior to removing the helmet from the head. The polystyrene lining (2) in the interior of the helmet features on the external side of the lining semi-circular grooves (24) for installing the air supply installation (21) and the non-reversible valve (18).</p> |
