A device at a hydraulic operating block, which comprises oil channels (B2-B5; D1, D2, D4, D5) for constantly flowing working oil and water channels (B1, B6, B7; D3, D6, D7) for flowing water for removal of heat generated by the flowing of the oil in a hydraulic system. The limiting surface of at least parts of at least some of the oil channels (B2-B5; D1, D2, D4, D5) is made with a circumferential roughness to achieve a disturbance of the along the limiting surface existing laminar flowing of the oil in order to achieve an increased heat exchange between the material and the water flowing in the operating block (1).
