LOAD TIMER FOR FUEL INJECTION PUMP

PURPOSE: A load timer of a fuel injection pump is provided to prevent blue smoke and white smoke by controlling length of a governor shaft with wax amount. CONSTITUTION: A load timer for a fuel injection pump comprises a governor shaft(21) slidingly mounted on a housing(20) while being connected to a regulator valve; a bypass holes(21a) installed on the governor shaft; a governor sleeve(22) inserted to an end portion of the governor shaft; a governor sleeve port(22a) arranged on a side of the governor sleeve; a moving unit sliding the governor shaft by being mounted on the housing; a storing unit(30) supporting the governor shaft by being installed on the housing; a spring(31) elastically supporting the governor shaft by being mounted on the other end of the governor shaft; and a wax(32) changing length of the governor shaft by being mounted on the governor shaft. The injection timing is delayed by reducing pressure through decreasing revolution per minute of an engine.
