PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily judge the significance in the world of technique information requested by a user and distributed article information. SOLUTION: User identification information and desired technique information designation is transmitted from a user client 200 to a distribution control part 101, and a trend information accumulating part 111 retrieves desired technique information from an information retrieving device 300, and collects the retrieved results (the number of items of retrieval hits), and accumulates it in a DB 141. A trend-analyzing part 112 integrates the transition information of the number of items of retrieval hits stored in the DB 141 as for the technique information to be analyzed into a trend transition graph 145, compares the features of a typical trend pattern 143 with those of the graph 145, and defines the state name in the stage of the matched trend pattern 143 as a trend state 147 in the technology information to be analyzed. A trend information generating part 113 stores the transition graph and the trend state in an information storing part 102, and an information-distributing part 103 transmits the stored contents and retrieved article information to the client 200. |
