PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer fuel cell, a liquid fuel cell and an electrode which exerts higher performances increasing a reacting area inside an electrode having a polymer electrolyte in contact with a catalyst sufficiently and equally. SOLUTION: Higher performances of a solid polymer fuel cell, a liquid fuel cell and an electrode are obtained by controlling particle diameter of the polymer electrolyte through optimization of an existing condition of the polymer electrolyte in a solution, and by increasing a reading area inside the electrode having the polymer electrolyte and catalyst contacted sufficiently and equally through harmonizing of the above particle diameter with sizes of agglomerate pores formed by carbon particles and pores of primary particles of carbon particles. |
