PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency magnetic material body which is provided for a high-frequency circuit used as a high-frequency irreversible circuit element such as a circulator or an isolator, densely sintered at a comparatively low temperature, and narrow in ferromagnetic resonance half band width. SOLUTION: High-frequency magnetic material contains yttrium iron garnet, in which a Y site is partially replaced with Ca, and a part of an Fe site is substituted with V, as a main component but does not substantially contain tetravalent or pentavalent element other than V or contains its oxide of 0.5 wt.% or below, and the atom ratio Ca/V is so set as to satisfy a formula, 2.00<Ca/V<=2.40. |
