PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pipe excellent in strength and heat transporting characteristics. SOLUTION: In the flat plate type heat pipe, in which only substantially condensable fluid is sealed into a flat plate type sealed vessel 1, the flat plate type sealed vessel 1 is provided in the same with a block 8, connecting both of flat plate units opposed to each other in the direction of thickness of the same, while the surface contacted with one flat plate unit of the block 8 is provided with fine grooves 9 and at least one end of the fine grooves 9 is opened at the outer peripheral surface of the block 8. |
