PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to receive a video program from a distributor side stably at any time as a video distribution information signal, at the same time to perform user control to the user side from the distributor side. SOLUTION: In the video distribution system, a bi-directional communication network for both distributor and user sides is constructed, thus achieving a reception condition verification mechanisms and a user verification mechanism and operating the original video distribution system of information shared by both of them. |
