PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable speedy dealings by simple procedures on condition that the dealing amount of securities that a customer has ordered is within the range of the balance including a bank deposit account even if it exceeds the balance of the dealing account. SOLUTION: When the balance of the dealing account is less than a dealing amount, specially, a buying order amount, a stock-company side computer 5 follows a procedure for freezing the amount of the deposit account of a bank that the user previously specifies. When the customer makes a buying order, the stock-company side computer 5 checks the balance of the customer of the dealing account of the stock company for the mentioned process. Then it is confirmed whether or not an amount larger than the amount of the buying order is left in the dealing account of the stock company. When the amount of the buying order is within the range of the balance of the dealing account, the computer immediately judges that the order is effective and accesses a computer 10 on the market to send the buying order. The computer 10 on the market examines whether or not there is a selling order meeting its conditions on the market. Through the freezing processing, speedy and safe dealings of securities become possible. |
