PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the S/N ratio by minimizing a noise component while substantially enlarging the diameter of a mouthpiece part of a sniffer probe. SOLUTION: A tip opening cover 12 is arranged around the mouthpiece part 11a of the sniffer probe 11, a purge gas supply hose 13 is connected to the cover 12, and purge gas is supplied in a leakage test.
