PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator in which extra thermal effect of heat radia tion pipes for preventing vapor condensation on a storage compartment is suppressed. SOLUTION: Heat radiation pipes 8 passing high temperature refrigerant delivered from a compressor (not shown) disposed in a machine room 17 are laid at the opening of a refrigeration compartment 14 or an ice making compartment 13A where the temperature difference between the temperature in the compartment and the outer air temperature is high or laid in two rows at partitioning sections 6b, 6c. On the contrary, heat radiation pipes 8 having a temperature lowered through heat radiation are laid at the opening of a refrigeration compartment 11 having a low temperature difference or laid in one row at a section 6a for partitioning the refrigeration compartment 11 having a low temperature difference and a vegetable compartment 12.
