PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the technology of the conventional incinerator almost exclusively aims at a large size incinerator for a continuous operation, and it is hardly applicable to a small size low-temperature incinerator intended for home use. SOLUTION: This incinerator is equipped with a decomposition part 6 for treating organic chlorides generated in a refuse incinerating part 1, which comprises a heating means 3 for heating refuse or incineration ash. The decomposition part 6 comprises a dust collecting part 7 for collecting fly ash, and a decomposition catalyst part 9 for decomposing organic chlorides. Thus, organic chlorides in the exhaust gas or ash can be efficiently decomposed.
