PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of highly accurately detecting a position as a looseless structure in a part for arranging an electric signal generator. SOLUTION: This actuator 1 is provided with a worm shaft 11 for rotating by a motor 4, a first counter gear 12 for meshing with a first worm 11a of the worm shaft 11, a second counter gear 13 oppositely arranged to the first counter gear 12 by sandwiching the worm shaft 11 and meshing with a second worm of the worm shaft 11, a third gear member 14 for rotating by meshing with the respective first and second counter gears 12 and 13, the electric signal generator 6 arranged on the third gear member 14 and an output shaft joined to the third gear member 14.
