PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure for easily and firmly connecting first and second structural members by making them strongly butt each other without increasing the arranged number of set screws. SOLUTION: First and second connecting bodies 5, 6 fitted into the respective dovetail grooves 1 of the first and second structural members A, B are connected to each other, and the tip of the set screw 7 screwed into a hole part 6A of the second connecting body 6 abuts on an inclined face 8A of a fitting 8 fitted to the bottom part of the dovetail groove 1 of the second structural member B.
