PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adopt an after-fixing method easy to connect panel unit bodies or panel units, rich in a waterproofing property and free to adjust width dimensions of a joint part, for example, to fit the panel unit bodies or the panel units in an opening part for working with no clearance at last by leaving a part of a wall as the opening part for working. SOLUTION: A first recessed groove 3 is formed on one end part 2a of the panel unit 2 made of a plural number of the panel unit bodies 1, and a second recessed groove 4 is formed at a position opposed to the first recessed groove 3 on the other end part 2b. The end parts 2a, 2b of the adjacent panel units 2 are mated to each other, and a fitting packing 5 is interposed between the first recessed groove 3 and the second recessed groove 4.
