New type of solar collector.The new solar collector consists of a system of converging (bi-convex), similar, adjacent to each other lenses that are tightly incorporated to the void spaces with glass.It features an applied photocell so that it follows the track of the sun and so that rays always fall at right angles for achieving their highest yield.It is supported on a base with a rotating mechanism.The advantage of the invention are:The rays always fall at right angles to the frame, thus achieving maximum performance.The converging lenses have the property of collecting solar rays in the form of bands of rays, to deffract them again in a band and to make them focus to the silicon or copper reception. |
