<p>The door is designed for protection from fire in closed premises. It has an increased and adjustable fireproof capability and can be used both as two-side and single-side fire protection, has greater lateral reinforcement and is self-opening. The door comprises a laminar panel board (1) having at least one external heat-resistant layer (2) formed of heat insulation semi-solid plates (3), which is made of a closed and semi-closed contour, between the inner surfaces (4, 5) a supporting section (8) is fitted. The section is in the interior of the panel board (1) and is made in the form of a 3-dimentional rod-type structure, fitted along its entire area and including partially the external layer (2) sideways. Between it and section (8) an intermediate layer (6) of heat resistant material is bilaterally fitted, formed of a harmonically corrugated layer, containing fireproof wire (7) along its entire length, by means of which it is fitted to the heat insulation plates (3). The plates are made of fireproof fibres containing at least 42 % of Al2O3 with maximum resistance temperature of from 1000 to 1200 degrees C and heat conductivity of 0.28 W/mK with time duration of from 90 to 120 min. The thickness of the intermediate layer (6) is at least equal to the thickness of the heat insulation semi-solid plates (3) forming the external heat-resistant layer (2). 8 claims, 2 figures</p> |
