PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the geometric feature of a foot measuring device of a form suitable for foot measurement interlocked with the measurement of stature and capable of being mounted to a stature measuring device when measuring stature, being used even in a home with few opportunities to measure stature, deepening on the understanding of persons with parental authority of infants and children especially in a growth period in the measured values of feet. SOLUTION: In the foot measuring device, remaining parts in the periphery of feet at standing locations when measuring stature are utilized, the angles of the feet and the locations of heels are fixed at constant locations, and an attitude suitable for measuring stature is promoted to simultaneously measure the feet. By this, it is possible to introduce foot measurements at physical measurements in medical examination in nursery schools and kindergartens as minimizing burdens of a place, time, labor, etc. The presentation of periodic measured values is useful to make opportunities to let the persons with parental authority of the infants and the children know the measured values of the feet, and it leads to the possibility of reducing situations that the growth of the infants in the formation and growth period of the bones of the feet is prevented by shoes unsuitable in size. By increases in interested persons with parental authority, it is possible to obtain the above-mentioned means by the foot measuring device of domestic specifications even if periodic measurements are difficult. |
