SOLUTION: This customer information system 10 is provided with own company compute 12 and a customer information database 14, in which customer information is stored by own company. When a retrieval condition is inputted from another company computer 22, its own computer 12 retrieves the customer information data base 14, based on the retrieval condition and transmits an electronic mail for the advertisement of the other company to the extracted customer, without opening the detail information about the retrieved result to the other company. |
