PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can facilitate a session procedure and also can service a vehicle in a short time and at low rates. SOLUTION: When a vehicle 1c enters a garage after a member is authenticated and a reservation is made, a worker 5b inspects the vehicle 1c based on the work instruction shown on a handy terminal 6. When the inspection of a vehicle 1c is over, an observer 5c inputs whether a customer 3d wants servicing of his/her vehicle in response to the session instruction shown on the terminal 6 and then completes the session. When the session is over, the worker 5b starts servicing of a vehicle 1e in response to the work instruction that is outputted to a print-out 7. When the servicing of the vehicle 1e is over, a customer 3f gets on a vehicle 1f to leave the garage and goes home. Then a member store PC 4 outputs a direct mail 9 according to the servicing schedule of a customer 3f that is recorded on a data base. |
