<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming method and image-forming apparatus, capable of maintaining cleaning performance for a long period of time, eliminating image defects and forming proper electrophotographic images, when an organic photoreceptor having a siloxane resin layer as a protective layer and polymerized toners is used.
