PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a galvanized steel sheet excellent in a press-formability and a sharpness with which such problem as to tend to leave a ripple pattern under the consideration of being impossible to perfectly prevent the ripple pattern with a wiping control just after dipping into the galvanizing bath and further, in the case of applying a skinpass rolling to the steel sheet having the ripple pattern by using high roughness work rolls. SOLUTION: In the skinpass rolling of the galvanized steel sheet, the galvanized steel sheet is made to <=0.25μm average roughness Ra with the first skinpass rolling and successively, this steel sheet is adjusted to 0.8-2.0μm average roughness Ra and <=0.70μm waveness Wca with the second skinpass rolling. Further, as the first skinpass rolling, the work roll having <=0.20μm average roughness Ra is used and successively, as the second skinpass rolling, the work roll having 1.6-4.0μm average roughness Ra, and <=1.3μm waveness Wca, is used.
