PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily handle a plurality of different situation and to simplify the control. SOLUTION: The function of each control module is generated by a job command, and the state of each control module is caused to make transition to each control module having the function generated, whereby a desired sequence is executed. Further, when a situation urgently requiring the transition of the control module state arises during the execution of the sequence, it is performed by an event command.
