PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a burden on this system device and to provide local information being close to the area where a mobile station exists easily. SOLUTION: In a radio base station 2, a local position register control part 17 memorizes the position information in a local position information storage part 15a when it is sent from a mobile station which exists in the service area of the base station 2. At this point, if there is no available region of the storage part 15a, the position information of the mobile station which has had no access to the local information for a predetermined time is deleted or the oldest position information in the registered order is deleted in order to ensure the available region of the local information memory part 15a, thereby registering a new position information of the mobile station.
