PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the congestion in a radio channel at the time of performing poling operations. SOLUTION: In a method for poling radio terminal, a mobile exchange 1 which issues an incoming call connecting instruction upon detecting an incoming call from an ordinary network, a base station controller 2-1 which controls the capture or opening operation of a free radio channel at the time of calling a mobile subscriber's terminal 4 through radio base stations 3-1 and 3-2 following the instruction, and a central processing section 2-2 incorporating a call processing function including a program which is used when the controller 2-1 processes calls are used and the radio channel which is captured between the controller 2-1 and the mobile subscriber's terminal 4 by the first poling operation is preferentially secured until the final poling operation.
