PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the total time for processing F/W(firmware) access, in a system configuration with a series of F/W for writing/setting various information and data in the interior of a device by the F/W, then reading out the written data, and collating the read data and written data with each other, to certify the sureness of the writing/setting. SOLUTION: A write check part 3 is provided between an F/W interface part 1, connected to an upstream F/W control system and an information accumulating part 2 connected to various downstream control blocks. An OK/NG register 21 for receiving a signal 104 from the check part 3 is added to the interior of the accumulating part 2. A processing method is used, where the check part 3 performs verification of an H/W(hardware) basis, following the writing/setting from the F/W. The result of the verification is stored in the register 21, and only the result of the verification stored in the register 21 is read out by the F/W.
