PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalytic pulp composition which is moderately tightened, generates scarcely dust and is thereby easily handleable. SOLUTION: This photocatalyst pulp composition, preferably the composition for producing a photocatalyst-containing sheet, that has a water content of >=10 wt.% and comprises pulp and/or paper fibers to which an inorganic fine particles having a photocatalyst activity are anchored and/or fixed. The method for producing the photocatalyst pulp composition, characterized by anchoring and/or fixing inorganic fine particles having the photocatalyst activity to the pulp and/or paper fibers by a mixing treatment using a granulator. The method for producing the photocatalyst pulp composition, wherein processes from the preparation of the raw materials to a mixing treatment are carried using a mixer, or where water is added at the final step of the mixing treatment, or wherein a specific binder except the water is not used. The method for producing the photocatalyst-containing sheet, characterized by using the photocatalyst pulp composition as a paper material to make the paper.
