PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sued-like leathery sheet good in retention of pill resistance and having a soft touch feeling and further a high tear strength. SOLUTION: This sued-like leathery sheet is obtained by using a mixing of a polycarbonate polyurethane resin and different from the polycarbonate polyurethane resin a polyurethane resin in at least a part of the polyurethane resins in the sued-like leathery sheet comprising synthetic fibers and the polyurethane resins.
