PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draw-false twisted yarn capable of providing a smooth touch and soft feeling, and further capable of providing an elegant appearance and a deep color without twinkling when lightening, and composed of a polytrimethylene terephthalate polyester. SOLUTION: This draw-false twisted yarn obtained by subjecting a highly oriented undrawn yarn comprising the polytrimethylene terephthalate-based polyester to draw-false twisting is obtained by regulating the whole of the cross section ovalities of single fiber constituting the textured yarn so as to be <=2.0, and the average value of the cross section ovalities so as to be <=1.5.
