PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpant of or a drawer put on the underpant from slipping down and touching a toilet floor during using the toilet in a Western- style toilet or a Japanese-style toilet and also capable of preventing the worn clothing from touching the toilet bowl and getting dirty. SOLUTION: This underpant for hem-tucking and dirt prevention is so designed that a string 5 in a loop-like manner is set along the sewn part 4 of a waist rubber 3 on the top rim 2 of the backside of a trunks 1, and a U-shaped hook 6 on which the tip of the string 5 is to be fastened is set on the front outside surface of the top rim 2 of the trunks 1.
