PURPOSE: An oil filter containing refrigerating function for a vehicle is provided to refrigerate oil by using air passing through an oil filter while travelling a vehicle and to reduce a producing cost by decreasing volume of oil cooler. CONSTITUTION: An oil filter having a refrigerating function of a vehicle comprises a lower flange(1) mounted on an oil filter; an oil circulating passage installed between the lower flange and an upper end portion(3); a body unit(2) integrally formed with the oil circulating passage; and a cooling fin(4a) protruded on a circumference of the body unit with a specific interval. The cooling fin is integrally formed or fixed on the body unit. Wind letting in the vehicle refrigerates heat of the oil flowing the body unit by passing through the cooling fin formed on the outer circumference of the oil filter. Thereby, the oil filter having the refrigerating function of the vehicle refrigerates the oil by using air passing through the oil filter while travelling the vehicle. Moreover, the oil filter having the refrigerating function of the vehicle reduces a producing cost by decreasing volume of oil cooler.
