PURPOSE: An extruded electromelting joint pipe is provided to reduce an equipment investment cost for several metal molds by being produced without an injection molding process. CONSTITUTION: A high polymer melting body(2) extruded from an extruder(1) is transferred through a conveyor belt(10) in a chamber(9) for forming a regular sized sheet(4). The end of the sheet is fixed to a molding winding roller(16) comprising many molding holes(14) to wind the sheet in a wanted thickness. A pressure roller(6) and a cooling roller(8) are rotationally mounted on the outside of the molding winding roller. The surface of the sheet is kept regularly during a winding process. After the winding process, the cooling roller cools a joint pipe from the wound sheet. Thus, the joint pipe is easily molded with a hot wire and a heat sensor.
